Events
School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements. Kapooka PS is a part of the Community of Small Schools (along with Tarcutta, Ladysmith and Uranquinty schools).
Our school event may include:
- school orientation days
- sports carnivals
- open day and school tours
- Harmony Week and Book Week events
- excursions and incursions
- performances, concerts or school productions
- fundraising, charity and community events
- award assemblies
- graduation and other celebrations.
- Small Schools Days eg. Naidoc Day, Science Day, sporting days
