At Kapooka Public School, we help make those transitions easier. We provide personalised support for students and families through our wellbeing and Defence School Mentor Programs.

One of the things I love most about our school is the strong sense of community. As a smaller school, we get to know our students and families well, and those relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
Staff are able to build strong relationships with our students and families, taking the time to understand each child's strengths, interests and individual needs. We believe these relationships are the foundation for both student wellbeing and success.
Our students are encouraged to be curious, work hard, show kindness and take pride in their achievements. We know that every child is different, and we are committed to helping each student grow, whether they need extra support, greater challenge or opportunities to pursue their passions and strengths, and celebrate their successes.
